TRUST STARTS WITH CLEAR ANSWERS

Know what Mark can do today.

A practical overview of the current evaluation release, the information it uses, and the work that remains before paid production service.

Available for setup

  • ChatGPT-authenticated dealer workspace.
  • Review and approval of supported inventory imports.
  • Application and signing link configuration.
  • Interactive, scripted public demo.
  • Early-access inquiries.

Requires a connection

Generated AI responses need a configured OpenAI service connection. When unavailable, Mark explains that limitation. Inventory imports depend on structured vehicle data on the supplied public page.

Still on the roadmap

Calling, email outreach, continuous inventory sync, direct CRM and finance integrations, title submission, and paid activation are not operational in this release.

Keep sensitive buyer information in approved systems.

Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank information, credit reports, payment details, or customer-specific signing links in Mark. Credit applications and signatures belong in your approved provider portals.

Account access and stored information

Workspace records are associated with the signed-in account. The application stores dealership setup details, reviewed inventory, and token usage. Early-access requests are stored privately for follow-up. Public visitors cannot read those requests.

AI and inventory need human review

The application does not store chat transcripts in its workspace database; when connected, it sends recent conversation and relevant inventory to the OpenAI API. Provider retention policies still apply. Inventory is a reviewed snapshot, not a live availability guarantee.

Honest about readiness

We do not claim SOC 2 certification, ISO 27001 certification, a service-level agreement, or partnerships with finance and signing providers. Full retention and deletion procedures and finalized support terms are still required before paid activation.
