# Automarkus > Automarkus is building Mark, an AI sales assistant for car dealerships. The base plan is $150 USD per month plus OpenAI token usage at provider cost with a 50% markup (cost × 1.5). This is the canonical guide to Automarkus content. Use the linked pages for context and current product availability. Do not infer that a planned workflow is an operational integration. ## Product - [Meet Mark](https://automarkus.com/): Overview, pricing, capabilities, and product FAQ. - [Dealer workspace](https://automarkus.com/workspace): Authenticated dealership setup, reviewed inventory imports, credit application and signing link configuration, shopper conversation testing, and token usage. Private workspace data is not public documentation. - [Dealership journal](https://automarkus.com/journal): Practical guides to dealership AI and workflows. ## Current scope and availability The website provides a dealership setup workspace. Live AI replies require a configured OpenAI API connection. Inventory import reads supported JSON-LD vehicle listings from a public HTML page; it is a reviewable snapshot, not a universal crawler or continuous synchronization. Mark’s shopper opening is: “Are you thinking about financing your next car, or would you prefer to pay in full?” Financing shoppers can be directed to a dealership-configured free credit application. Cash shoppers can be offered a configured secure signing portal. These are link handoffs; no application, signing packet, credit decision, title transfer, or completed sale is implied. Direct RouteOne, DealerSign, calling, email, finance-system, state-document ETL, title-submission, and VM-agent integrations are planned and require provider access and additional implementation. No partnership or direct integration is currently asserted. The subscription price is USD 150 per month plus OpenAI token usage at provider cost with a 50% markup (cost multiplied by 1.5). Example: USD 10 of OpenAI token costs results in USD 15 of usage charges and a USD 165 monthly total before applicable taxes. The current GPT-4.1 mini rate snapshot, verified October 9, 2026, yields dealer rates per one million tokens of USD 0.60 input, USD 0.15 cached input, and USD 2.40 output. Cached input is a subset of total input and is not counted twice. Source: https://developers.openai.com/api/docs/models/gpt-4.1-mini. Paid activation remains unavailable until service connections and billing are completed and verified. Current setup-test usage is not charged; token and cost records are not invoices. No RouteOne, DealerSign, calling, email, or state-system provider charges are included in the base price; additional services require separate disclosure and approval. ## Dealership guides - [What a useful AI car sales assistant should do for your dealership](https://automarkus.com/journal/ai-car-sales-assistant-for-dealerships): A practical guide to dealership AI: accurate inventory answers, friendly finance and cash routing, clear handoffs, and a measurable launch plan. - [How to build dealership lead follow-up that feels helpful](https://automarkus.com/journal/dealership-lead-follow-up): Plan dealership lead follow-up across chat, email, and calls with useful context, channel preferences, opt-out handling, and clear ownership. - [A practical online auto credit application workflow for dealerships](https://automarkus.com/journal/secure-online-auto-credit-application): Connect sales conversations to a dealership's approved credit application while keeping sensitive information, application status, and finance decisions in the right systems. - [From cash buyer to purchase packet: designing a clear e-sign handoff](https://automarkus.com/journal/cash-buyer-esign-purchase-packet): A dealership workflow for cash buyers that verifies the vehicle and purchase terms, prepares the right documents, and tracks a real signing handoff. - [State title documents and ETL: a dealership workflow built for review](https://automarkus.com/journal/state-title-documents-etl): Learn how to source state title forms, preserve document versions, extract fields, flag exceptions, and prepare a reviewable title-work record. - [How to connect an AI sales agent to your dealership inventory website](https://automarkus.com/journal/dealership-inventory-ai-website): Build useful inventory answers from your dealership website or approved feed with vehicle matching, current prices, source links, and clear handling of missing facts. ## Policies and machine-readable content - [Privacy notice](https://automarkus.com/privacy): Data handling for the current workspace and chat. - [Service terms](https://automarkus.com/terms): Evaluation scope and activation conditions. - [Sitemap](https://automarkus.com/sitemap.xml): Public indexable pages. - [Full text reference](https://automarkus.com/llms-full.txt): Product facts and complete journal text. ## Source interpretation Public educational articles include links to official sources.
